title=\"\"><figcaption><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u65e0\u8bba\u60a8\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u5728\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u9762\u4e34\u635f\u574f\u3001\u88ab\u76d7\u6216\u4ec5\u503c\u201c\u4e00\u822c\u5e73\u5747\u4ef7\u503c\u201d\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669\u90fd\u662f\u4fdd\u62a4\u5176\u4ef7\u503c\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u6709\u4e9b\u5730\u533a\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u989d\u5916\u652f\u4ed8\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669\u8d39\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\u5219\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u6258\u8fd0\u4eba\u548c\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u822c\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\u3001\u4e13\u4e1a\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\u3001\u72ec\u7acb\u4ee3\u7406\u5546\u3001\u5728\u7ebf\u5e02\u573a\u548c\u8d27\u8fd0\u4ee3\u7406\u8d2d\u4e70\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669\u3002\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fdd\u62a4\u60a8\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u548c\u8d44\u91d1\u3002\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u5305\u62ec\u4ece\u6c7d\u8f66\u5361\u8f66\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669\u5230 title=\"\"><figcaption><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u642c\u5bb6\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6f2b\u957f\u800c\u5371\u9669\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6cbf\u9014\u6709\u51e0\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7ad9\u70b9\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u642c\u8fd0\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u4e5f\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u8d27\u7269\u5728\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u635f\u574f\u6216\u5728\u8f66\u8f86\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\u53d7\u635f\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u60f3\u9ad8\u6795\u65e0\u5fe7\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u5728\u957f\u9014\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u66f4\u6362\u4e22\u5931\u6216\u635f\u574f\u7684\u7269\u54c1\u7684\u9ebb\u70e6\uff0c\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669\u662f\u5fc5\u4e0d\u53ef\u5c11\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b83\u8fd8\u4e3a\u60a8\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u5e26\u6765\u4ee5\u4e0b\u597d\u5904\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u610f\u5916\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e0d\u4f1a\u963b\u6b62\u60a8\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 EXW \u548c FOB \u8d38\u6613\u6761\u6b3e\u4e0b\uff0c\u5356\u65b9\u5728\u5176\u5de5\u5382\u3001\u51fa\u53e3\u6d77\u6e2f\u6216\u673a\u573a\u5185\u5b8c\u6210\u4ea4\u8d27\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u5728 EXW \u548c FOB \u8d38\u6613\u6761\u6b3e\u4e0b\u662f\u5426\u53d1\u751f\u8d27\u7269\u635f\u574f\u6216\u4e22\u5931\uff0c\u5356\u65b9\u5728\u4ea4\u8d27\u540e\u5747\u4e0d\u5bf9\u4ea7\u54c1\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u8d27\u4e3b\u5e94\u8d1f\u8d23\u4fdd\u9669\uff0c\u5f53\u9009\u62e9 EXW \u548c FOB \u8d38\u6613\u6761\u6b3e\u65f6\uff0c\u8fd9\u5e94\u8be5\u662f\u4e70\u65b9\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u800c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8d38\u6613\u5546\u6761\u6b3e\u4e0b\u7684DDP\uff0cCIF\u3002\u5356\u65b9\u5e94\u5bf9\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u635f\u574f\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002\u5982\u679c\u53d1\u751f\u4efb\u4f55\u8d27\u7269\u9057\u5f03\u6216\u635f\u574f\uff0c\u4e70\u65b9\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4f1a\u906d\u53d7\u7ecf\u6d4e\u635f\u5931\u3002\u5356\u65b9\u9700\u8981\u5bc4\u9001\u65b0\u7684\u6765\u66ff\u6362\u5b83\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span \u548c\u987a\u4e30\u5feb\u9012\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u662f\u56db\u79cd\u6d41\u884c\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u5feb\u9012\u8fd0\u8f93\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u4e2d\u56fd\u8fd0\u9001\u5230\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u5b83\u662f\u5feb\u9012\u8fd0\u8f93\u7684\u8d27\u8fd0\u4fdd\u9669\u3002\u5feb\u9012\u8d27\u8fd0\u901a\u5e38\u9002\u5408\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e3b\u3002<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u7a7a\u8fd0\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u822a\u7a7a\u8fd0\u8f93\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u79f0\u4e3a\u201c\u822a\u7a7a\u8d27\u8fd0\u4fdd\u9669\u201d\u3002\u8be5\u4fdd\u9669\u5355\u4fdd\u62a4\u88ab\u4fdd\u9669\u8d27\u7269\u4e70\u65b9\u6216\u5356\u65b9\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5b83\u8fd8\u8d54\u507f\u88ab\u4fdd\u9669\u4eba\u4e22\u5931\u3001\u88ab\u76d7\u6216\u6bc1\u574f\u7684\u8d27\u7269\uff0c\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u8d54\u507f\u4ea4\u8d27\u5ef6\u8bef\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7a7a\u8fd0\u627f\u8fd0\u5546\u8fd8\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ed3\u5e93\u5230\u4ed3\u5e93\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u3002\u5728\u5927\u591a\u6570\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u5916\u90e8\u56e0\u7d20\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u8fd9\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5404\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\/\u5730\u533a\u7684\u89c4\u5219\u5404\u4e0d\u76f8\u540c\u3002<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u6d77\u4e0a\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u6b64\u4fdd\u5355\u6db5\u76d6\u6d77\u8fd0\u548c\u7a7a\u8fd0\u3002\u8fd0\u8f93\u8f66\u8f86\u53ca\u5176\u8d27\u7269\u5728\u6b64\u6295\u4fdd\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u8d27\u7269\u88c5\u5378\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4ee5\u53ca\u81ea\u7136\u707e\u5bb3\u3001\u76d7\u7a83\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u98ce\u9669\u9020\u6210\u7684\u635f\u5931\u6216\u635f\u574f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d77\u8fd0\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669\u4e0e\u9646\u8fd0\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u627f\u4fdd\u8de8\u8d8a\u56fd\u9645\u8fb9\u754c\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u3002\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u7a7a\u8fd0\u6216\u6d77\u8fd0\u8fd0\u8f93\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u3002\u6d77\u8fd0\u8d27\u7269\u4fdd\u9669\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u627f\u4fdd\u88c5\u5378\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u635f\u574f\u3001\u66b4\u98ce\u96e8\u5929\u6c14\u3001\u52ab\u6301\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e8b\u4ef6\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6bd4\u56fd\u5185\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u66f4\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u53d1\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><a
